The easiest way to let go of things is to first get all the like items together. Once you have sorted a collection of items, you can pick out the best and most useful ones and let go of what you don't want or need. After all, how many screwdrivers that are the same size and type do you need?

Use clear containers to easily see what you have and to keep cleaning to a minimum.

What would you write in the blank?
- make my bed
- put my shoes on
- sweep the porch
- one load of laundry from start to finish
Store each tax year together with the corresponding support documents for seven years. Make a note as to when the tax package will be shredded.
Use plastic bins for cleaning products under your sink. If they leak, you simply wash out the bin instead of replacing the cabinet!
Same idea goes for items stored on a shelf. Keep the drips from ruining your cabinets.
Does your family know where to find your important documents?
Use numbered boxes or bins to store collections of items. Create a card file with the box number and a description of the contents on each individual card.
Store items that work together in one place. For this collection of camera equipment, you may need a bin or basket.
Bless others during the holidays with your unwanted stuff by putting it into an Amazon box and leaving it on your front porch for someone to take.
